"Before starting the Challenge, my biggest hesitation was a lack of understanding of where to source good, whole foods.
Fortunately, useful and really helpful information about exercise and nutrition were included as part of the challenge.
Since completing the 21 day challenge I have noticed vast improvements, both Physical and Mental. I decreased by body fat index and put on more lean mass.
I felt a massive sense of achievement which helped me stay on path, and feel more positive about myself.
I even feel a lot stronger and feel my cardio level has also improved.
